Look for a Blue Sky Creamery Cafe to open in the St. Peters area in 2008.  Come on in and just chill with a few scoops of your favorite Blue Sky ice cream flavors in a warm waffle cone... or try adding a scoop of White Cake ice cream to a steaming mug of coffee for a tasteful blend of flavors you won’t soon forget.  Café sandwiches, wraps, gourmet soups and salads will offer a yummy complement to your favorite Blue Sky Creamery ice cream desserts.

If you've ever driven down Jungermann Road in St. Peters, then you're familiar with Paul's Donuts & Ice Cream. Actually, many old timer's remember when Paul's Donuts was on 94 in St..Charles. Look for Paul's Donuts to become the site for our first Blue Sky Creamery Cafe. We're making this location into the best of both worlds. We're preserving the old charm and donuts that Paul's is famous for, and adding our creamy smooth ice cream! Look for the grand opening in the summer of 2008.
