Blue Sky Creamery uses a little bit of nature, a little bit of science, and a little bit of ingenuity to produce real "homemade" ice cream using liquid nitrogen and our patented Nitro Freeze process.  The result?  A remarkably smoother, denser, richer, and creamier ice cream that you have to taste to believe!

Who would have thought that good old N2, the colorless odorless element that makes up most of the air we breathe, could help produce a luscious new form of ice cream?  The founders of Blue Sky Creamery, both scientists, discovered a way to freeze ice cream in uder one second by adding liquid nitrogen to the other ice cream ingredients.  This rapid freezing process precludes the formation of ice crystals for a much smoother end product, with no grainy texture whatsoever.  It also contains virtually no air, so it's incredibly dense and wonderfully rich.
