Factory Stores

As a Blue Sky Creamery Factory Store franchisee, you will be part of a network that utilizes the most exciting advancement in ice cream freezing technology in recent history.  In the Nitro Freeze process, liquid nitrogen allows instant freezing, which prevents ice crystal growth. The result is an amazingly smooth, dense, and creamy product that you have to taste to believe!  You will make, package, and distribute this amazing product within your exclusive territory to grocery stores, convenience stores, and other outlets, as well as to Blue Sky Creamery Satellite Stores.  We know of no other brand of ice cream offering franchisees the opportunity to participate in this side of the business.

Satellite Stores

As a Satellite Store franchisee, you will become a purveyor of the finest ice creams, gelatos, gourmet coffees, espresso drinks, and grilled sandwiches, served in an inviting and upscale coffee-house atmosphere.  You will take pride in delivering unmatched product excellence and customer service  to create a truly memorable experience for your customers.





Concession Sales

Both the Factory and Satellite Franchisees have the opportunity to participate in high-volume concession sales.  This is part of the business we've been in from the beginning of our enterprise, and we've had time to refine it.  At major venues like state fairs, football stadiums, and major city festivals, the Nitro Freeze machine and Blue Sky Creamery ice cream gets noticed.
